Excellent cabin with covered porch, hot tub, fire pit & charcoal grill. Kitchen was stocked. Leann (host) communicated well and quickly even when I added an extra day at the last minute. Cabin was clean and everything was functional. Location was perfect! Close enough to town (~30min) for last minute things (pie) but far enough away to avoid city light pollution. Wonderful views off the porch.

This was the perfect cabin for our family We stayed in the fox den. Peaceful and safe location. We would definitely stay again. The hosts were proactive with their communication and responsive. Only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer.

Was gonna go camping this weekend in Arkansas but all campgrounds were booked so lucked out and found this place on google. It’s super quiet and while not super fancy it’s a great value and has everything you need, and great touch with each cabin having a hot tub. Only sad thing was there was a fire ban so no use on the firepit. It’s a great location, about halfway between Springdale and Van Buren. Would definitely stay again.

This was the 3rd time my wife and I stayed at Deer Hollow. Like always, the best. Very clean and accommodating. New deck, hot tub, improved fire pit with base, and a neat dresser in bedroom. Saw 2 deer one evening, came very close. The birds greeted us in the morning and the frogs sang to us in the evening. We had a campfire, cooked out and enjoyed our wine also. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day. Stayed in cabin #5 ( Hidden Haven). The weather was great, however, a little rain helped cool things a bit. We have always been pleased with our stay. It was a great weekend gateway away from the city into the peace and calm beats of the woods. The hot tub definetely my favorite spot. We had everything we needed at our hands, willing to come back soon.

This was our 3rd time staying at these cabins. We have enjoyed it every time and we will continue to book with them. The cabins are always so clean and well stocked with basic essentials. The hot tub is an amazing bonus.

Awesome location, awesome cabin. Fox Den is a two bedroom, one bedroom with a queen size bed and another with 2 twin beds. So good for a couple with 2 kids. It has a large living room with 2 couches and a nice kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave along with all the plates glasses and utensils you need. Location is about halfway between Ft. Smith and Fayetteville in the Boston Mountains so if you need anything in a big city it is reasonably close. If you are into 4×4 roads, there are trails close by. Frog Bayou, Warloop Rd., Alexander Mountain, and White Rock Mountain east and west. The cabin sits way up on the mountain with a good view of the valley to the west and is close by a scenic overlook (looking east). Best part is the large hot tub sitting on a large balcony. There is also a fire pit if you so choose. One note, they do not have cable so bring your own DVD movies. Prices are very reasonable for a cabin like this.

Had a group traveling the TransAmerica Trail (TAT) on motorcycles and 4×4’s and this was our last stop in Arkansas. Lazy Bear 1 was a sight for soar eyes and rears. It was clean, comfortable, and it was good to soak my old bones in the hot before a restful night. Anyone doing the TAT, this is close to the end of the Warloop Road segment. I highly recommend.
