My wife and I absolutely love this place. We have been returning 2 to 3 times a year for the past 5 years.
Great location in the Ozarks. Half way between Van Buren and Fayetteville. Only 30 minute drive to both. Quiet well maintained cabins on highway 71 which is a scenic drive between Van Buren area and Fayetteville.
This was the 3rd time my wife and I stayed at Deer Hollow. Like always, the best. Very clean and accommodating. New deck, hot tub, improved fire pit with base, and a neat dresser in bedroom. Saw 2 deer one evening, came very close. The birds greeted us in the morning and the frogs sang to us in the evening. We had a campfire, cooked out and enjoyed our wine also. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day. Stayed in cabin #5 ( Hidden Haven). The weather was great, however, a little rain helped cool things a bit. We have always been pleased with our stay. Loved this place so much!! So very relaxing listening to the wildlife in the mornings and evenings. The hot tub is PERFECT 😍 The cabin has everything you need in the kitchen, coffee is provided as well! We liked this place so much that we even booked our next trip here while we were still there!
Hidden Haven was a wonderful escape. Cabin was spotless, smelt fresh, air conditioned, had great water pressure, clean hot tub and had everything we needed and more. Porch overlooked the woods where we got to drink coffee and listen to the birds, cicadas, squirrels and plenty of deer as they made their way through. Close enough to necessities and things to do but far away enough to be a real hidden haven. 10/10 will stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants a little piece of mind.
We eloped at boar’s nest over the weekend. We have been going to deer hollow for years now and have always loved it. The area is quiet and beautiful and a great place to sneak away for the weekend. The Dutton’s have always gone out of their way to accommodate us when they could. The price is very reasonable and the cabins are cute as can be. Highly recommend!!!
Had a great 2 nights at Boars Nest cabin. It was actually better than I anticipated. Super clean, nicely laid out and everything we needed was right there. Loved how quiet it was. The back area with grill and firepit is really nice and easy to use.
